3D/4D/2D Sonogram are not intended to replace a complete clinical diagnostic sonogram. The patient is responsible to keep her / his regular check up including any appointment with her / his healthcare provider and comply with their recommendations such as: laboratories and any medical test necessary for her / his healthcare. 3D/4D/2D sonogram is intended only for Educational and Training purpose and are perform by an instructor from The Hybrid Medical Institute which is a sonography school. Students usually present during the scanning. For 3D/4D/2D Sonogram a suggested voluntary donation fee will be request.
For Clinical Sonogram the patients has to provide a signed referring form from the healthcare provider. These sonograms are read by a Board Certified Texas Licensed Radiologist and a medical report will be provide to patient healthcare provider.
